Terms of use

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and SESHAT Design Decorations, a One Person Company with limited liability, Commercial Register No. 231606, Cairo, Egypt (“SESHAT”, “we”).

2. Who may use SESHAT

Schools, teachers, parents and students may use SESHAT. If a student is under 18, a parent, guardian or the school accepts these terms for them.

3. Your licence

• A SESHAT code gives a personal, non-transferable right to use the content it covers, for study, for as long as the licence lasts.
• A school or teacher licence covers only the teachers, classes and students placed on it.
• Content added or updated during a licence is included in that licence at no extra cost.
• Content already covered by a licence is not removed from it during the licence period, except to correct or improve it.

4. Accounts and codes

• Keep your code and PIN private. Do not share an account or a code.
• Each account is for one person, on at most two devices: one phone or tablet and one computer.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your code.

5. What you must not do

• Copy, download, print, record, photograph or share SESHAT content, except as the site itself allows.
• Sell, publish or upload SESHAT content anywhere, including to other websites, groups or AI tools.
• Use automated tools to collect content from the site.
• Take screenshots or screen recordings of SESHAT content. Every topic page carries the name of the signed-in account as a watermark, so a shared copy can be traced to it.
• Try to get round sign-in, watermarks or other protection.
• Record a live lesson in any way. Live lessons are not recorded by SESHAT either.

6. Intellectual property

• All SESHAT lessons, drawings, videos, questions, answers and designs, and the SESHAT name and logo, belong to SESHAT Design Decorations.
• Cambridge learning objectives quoted on the site belong to Cambridge University Press & Assessment and are quoted only to show which part of the curriculum a page teaches.
• Exam board names belong to their owners. SESHAT is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any exam board.

7. Accuracy and results

We check every page for scientific accuracy before it is published and correct any error reported to us. SESHAT helps students prepare, but no one can guarantee a particular grade or result.

8. Changes and availability

We may improve, add to or reorganise the site. We aim to keep it available at all times, but short interruptions for maintenance may happen.

9. Suspension

We may suspend an account or code that breaks these terms, after telling the account holder or the school, except where we must act at once to protect the content or other users.

10. Limits on our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the law. Otherwise, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount paid for the licence concerned.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo decide any dispute.
